Creating Vegetable Gulyas, that your children will LOVE!
What do you need?
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 Cauliflower,
  • 1 Carrot
  • Mushrooms (quantity is up to you)
  • 3-5 Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Chilly
  • Curry Powder
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Olive Oil
How 2 cook it?
You can use any type of vegetable. I mostly use Broccoli (quantity: as much as you like), Cauliflower,(half of a full head) 1 or 2 Carrots, mushrooms, 1 onion, garlic, 5 tomatoes, 1 or 5 potato depends how big they are.. You can vary these numbers or amounts to your taste.. Also, you can add any other vegetable..
Cut the onion to small peaces, (squares), Put it in olive oil and brown it. When it's brown, take it off the heat, add chilly or paprika if you don't want it to be too spicy. Add Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon, 3 tp Curry powder and garlic if it's means-ed garlic 1 tablespoon, if it's fresh, 3-4 peace, again according to your taste.. and stir it together.. don't put it back to the heat, until you added the 5 tomatoes, cut up to squares.
Put it back to the stove stirring it, don't add any water, as the tomatoes will create a nice thick sauce.. when it become sauce-like but still chunky (the tomatoes) add the vegetables, stir it into the source. Again, without any water.. as the vegetables also will create sauce. Cook it until it's soft.. don't let it overcook, as vegetables lose their vitamin if it's cooked too long.
