Our store provides the possibility to refund your money minus the delivery fee within 5 days, (except downloaded items) if due to some reason, your are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within 5 days only from the date when you received the purchased good and informed us we shell refund the money, but we should receive the purchased good in its original condition after we've received the item undamaged. There is no refund on downloads. When you download something and you loose it please send us an e-mail and we will send it to you again.There is no refund on CD's, however if it is damaged when you receive it and you let us know within 5 days after you have purchased it, the item will be replaced if you've payed insurance and only after you have sent the damaged item back.

 Without insurance you cannot claim - especially after 2-12 month - you didn't receive your tarot card and would need your money back.
